I have attached an addition worksheet. Please have your child complete it and write how many minutes it took them to complete it. (Don’t worry about correcting, I will be doing that)

This week in class:

Tuesday: Music

Math: This week we are preparing for our first Math test on Wed, Sep. 17th.

Lang. Arts and Reading Groups: The students have been reading their leveled books and then responding by retelling the story using First, Next, Then, and Last.

Writing: We will be working on writing complete sentences using descriptive words, as well as continue to work on our handwriting.

No Science or Social Studies this week: Parent Teacher Conferences

KIDS’ CLUBS

It’s time to sign-up for the Fall Kids’ Clubs. Kids’ Clubs are fun and free activities led by parent volunteers during the second half of the lunch recess. Sign-up forms will be sent home on Monday and need to be completed and returned by Friday, September 19th. Students should get their forms in on time because the club’s fill up fast!
