This week we will be studying farm animals. Wait until you see our barnyard!! We have been talking about personal safety. Keep reminding your child about using good safety habits. Thank you! We also talked about Heroes. We made a class book. Come and take a look!
Our memory verse this week is, “Do unto others what you would have them do to you.” Matthew 7:12. Our character trait is Obedience. (Mrs. Witters needs another week on this one!!) Our new sight words are “see” and “I”. We have now learned “the”, “can”, “my”.
We are learning our three flag salutes. The salute to the Christian flag and the salute to the Bible are new to most children. They are picking it up quickly!!

Don’t forget to tell them what we are raising the money for…our Co-Curricular activities like…Music, Art, Drama, Spanish and PE. Without this money those activities don’t exist!
